Make sure the engine turns over, and pull a couple plugs and make sure it’s not starting because of no spark... if so, damn straight that’s a NP

Hell yeah, if the engines is not seized, get it! No spark is a actually very good sign because it’s probably something very easy to fix...

But if it were truly easy, why doesn’t the seller fix it and a) keep it, or b) sell it for much more himself? Looks to be in good physical shape, although no interior photos...

Buy it for the adventure. This assumes you can throw $1500 in the shredder and not cry too much. I doubt it’s that easy though, because if it was the previous owner would just have done it.
